Before You Import

  • •Etsy does not support image URL imports — you must upload product photos manually to each listing after import.
  • •Set your Etsy shipping profile named "Standard Shipping" before importing, or update the SHIPPING_PROFILE_NAME column.
  • •Quantity is set to 10 per listing — update before importing if your actual stock differs.
  • •Etsy limits tags to 13 per listing and 20 characters each — the CSV is pre-formatted to comply.
  • •After import, review each listing and add your actual product photos from your device.

How to Import to Etsy

  1. 1.Log in to your Etsy Seller account at etsy.com/your/shops
